What this covers

This policy describes information collected through this website. It does not cover information you give us in person or over the phone when you bring a vehicle in for service.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. It records pages viewed, roughly where in the world a visit came from, and which links people click, such as a phone number, a directions link or a booking button. We use this to understand which shop a visitor is interested in and whether the site is working. We do not use it to identify you.

Call tracking

We use CallRail, which may show a different phone number to different visitors so we can tell which marketing brought a call in. Calls to those numbers connect to the same shop and may be recorded for quality and training. The address, business name and canonical phone number shown in our listings never change.

Online booking

Appointments are booked through AutoOps, embedded on our appointments page. Information you enter there is handled by AutoOps and passed to us so we can prepare for your visit.

Cookies

The analytics and call tracking above set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings. The site works without them, and we do not sell your information.
